Delivery
We deliver within 24 hours of confirming your order. Delivery is KSh 300 within Nairobi. Outside Nairobi the fee depends on your area, and we confirm it on WhatsApp before you pay, together with the price and stock. You can also collect your order from our shop at Stanbank House, 3rd Floor, Shop 13, next to the Kenya National Archives, Nairobi CBD.
Returns
If something is wrong with your item, return it within 24 hours of receiving it. Message us on WhatsApp 0110 073 744 or bring it to the shop with the item and everything that came with it.
Returned items are exchanged for the same item or another item from the shop. Where a refund is the right fix, we will agree it with you.
